today we are officially done with our paper. we have to study alot for this ancient greece test. i have a feeling it is going to be very hard but i will definetly be prepared. i really need to get a good grade on this test. i think that we have done a very good job on our 1,000 word paper and should we should relaly get a good grade on it.

in todays class we finsihed our 1,000 word paper. we have been working very hard and have lots of details and lots of words on here tocover our entire thing. it has taken awhile and i think we will get a greta grade on it. i had to finsih some of it over the weekend and put alot of work in so i hope we do well

ancient greece
today in class we took more notes on ancient greece.
- infantry- is the soldiers on land in battle
- spartans started to train at ht eage of 7
- athens had good infantry so did sparta
- athens was know for there good navy
- they had the fastest ship in the world at the time called the tireme
- this boat could smash into everything and destroy anyting in its path
- phalanx was a close- rank of large groups of soldiers
- they were armed with heavy, long speares

today in class we took notes on the greek gods. we learned about all of the gods and and about the two men who kept going back and forth with each other. we learned about all of the gods and what each one stood for. it was all pretty cool but its all fake so it dosnt matter. one thing cool is that zeus is in someway related to all of the gods in someway shape or form

in todays class we did not do much, we did 3 of our power-point presentations on ancient greece. we did pretty well except mr Schick got on me for having the wrong numbers. we took notes on other peoples projects. adn we had to tell mr shick on a piece of paper how much all of the work we did. i think we all did the same amount of work

in todays west civ class we took more notes on ancient greece. we talked about how they became a tyrany and all of them were tyrants. i forgot what the name of the guy was but he had all of the power in ancient greece but than suddenly was not even aloud to come back into his own country. he left with his family and joined up with the persians. than we talked about the mock trial questions and we actually got alot of the questions correct.

powerpoint on athens
today all we did was worke don our powerpoints. the people in my group are hunter and jude. we are pretty much done our powerpoints we just need to do all of the finishing touches and grammar. i have learned alot about athens through this powerpoint. and as i said in my last blog i am dong athens, jude is doing the pelopenesian war and hunter is doing spartans. this project has been very interesting so far.

Plato, was a Greek philosopher born 428-7 B.C.E and died in 348-7 B.C.E. he had agreat trio with aristitole and socrates. they laid the fundamentles of philosiphy. he was into a very wealthy family. he two older brothers and a sister. plato was just his nick name, his real name is aristicoles. he studied in egypt and italy. he was one of the first philosephers who actually found most things out. he was also a mathmatician. he is considered "THE PHILOSOPHER "
